- Added Customer Support Diagnostics command button to gather endpoint diagnostic information for OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection support.
- Added the ability to retain Kaseya machine admin defaults to navigate different parts of the VSA without having to search machine filters again, making the integration more seamless between other modules.
- Added extensive Alert Setting features with different Alerts and actions.
- Added “Uninstalled or Removed” alert.

- Added agent commands to the Deployment and Status Dashboard, reducing the number of clicks and allowing the administrator to run agent commands on multiple machines.
- Added agent commands within the Smartaction Dashboard, allowing the administrator to run agent commands on a specific machine with a single click.
- Added a wand icon to each organization within the OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection Settings page; clicking the wand will adopt all the machines within that organization that already have the OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection installed.
