  • Added Customer Support Diagnostics command button to gather endpoint diagnostic information for OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection support.
  • Added the ability to retain Kaseya machine admin defaults to navigate different parts of the VSA without having to search machine filters again, making the integration more seamless between other modules. 
  • Added extensive Alert Setting features with different Alerts and actions.
  • Added “Uninstalled or Removed” alert.
Enhancements
  • Redesigned Unity API configuration screen to simplify API sign-on process and improve security.
  • Added self-healing process to try and fix stalled actions.
  • Added enhanced error logging.
  • Temporarily removed the OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection Console SSO feature until it is re-purposed and reintroduced.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed Auto Deployment for machine with uninstall status.

  • Added agent commands to the Deployment and Status Dashboard, reducing the number of clicks and allowing the administrator to run agent commands on multiple machines.
  • Added agent commands within the Smartaction Dashboard, allowing the administrator to run agent commands on a specific machine with a single click.
  • Added a wand icon to each organization within the OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection Settings page; clicking the wand will adopt all the machines within that organization that already have the OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection installed.
Enhancements
  • Added the ability to notify users that a newer OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection Plugin Registration file is available within the Overview screen, with links to relevant info such as the Registration File and documentation.
  • Added tooltips to the Deployment & Status Dashboard to improve user experience.

Kaseya VSA on-prem Update 2.5.18324.2 -December 3rd, 2018

New Features
  • Added agent commands drop down list to Deployment and Status Dashboard screen, reducing the number of clicks and allowing administrator to run agent commands on multiple machines.
  • Single-click sign on to GSM, allowing single-click access to the Sites menu within the GSM console.
  • OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection Portal button added to the Deployment and Status Dashboard screen for faster access to the GSM console.
  • Added OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection policy name to Deployment and Status Dashboard grid.
  • Manage mass install/uninstall actions to stop users accidentally removing or installing large numbers of endpoints. Added notification for the admin to positively acknowledge to make sure of a large install/uninstall and streamlined the background processes to handle large tasks.
Enhancements
  • Health check to make sure endpoints are uninstalled correctly. Added more tests to keep endpoint in sync with GSM.
  • MID Collision enhancements, check hostname if duplicates are found. This allows OpenText™ Core Endpoint Protection API calls to update data for specific endpoints.
  • Cleaned up Deployment and Status Dashboard grid, moved status to front of table.
