The Webroot Management console can be used to generate the following reports for Security Awareness Training (SAT). Click the report to see instructions for creating it.
 
+Dark Web Breach report – breach related information for verified domains
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, select Sites List and find and click the Site you want to investigate. You can also use the box at the top of the page to search for a Site by name.
     
  3. In the top nav bar, select the Security Awareness Training tab.
     
  4. Under the Domain Verification section, locate the domain you want to view the Dark Web Breach report for. Click View Breach Report under the Breach Report column to view the Dark Web Breach report.
 
Note: To be able to generate a Dark Web Breach report for a domain, that domain must have the Verification Status of Domain Admin – Verified. To get this status, you must verify the domain from one of these addresses (where example.com is replaced with your domain):

+Campaign Summary report – summary report for the selected campaign
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, click Security Awareness Training.
     
  3. The Campaigns tab will display a list of all phishing and training campaigns. Click the name of the campaign to display the Campaign Summary report in a new window.
     
  4. You can export the report to PDF or CSV using the buttons in the top right part of the page.

+SAT: Phishing Clicks report – phishing clicks per user per campaign
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, click Reports.
     
  3. Use the Site drop-down menu to select the Site.
     
  4. Use the Report drop-down menu to select SAT: Phishing Clicks, it is at the bottom of the list.
     
  5. Use the Period drop-down menu to select the time period.
     
  6. Click Submit to display the report.
 
Notes: 
  • It is not currently possible to export data from this report.
  • This report goes back 90 days. 

+SAT: Training Progress report – training progress per user per campaign
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, click Reports.
     
  3. Use the Site drop-down menu to select the Site.
     
  4. Use the Report drop-down menu to select SAT: Training Progress, it is at the bottom of the list.
     
  5. Use the Period drop-down menu to select the time period.
     
  6. Click Submit to display the report.
Notes: 
  • It is not currently possible to export data from this report.
  • This report goes back 90 days. 

+SAT: Usage report – SAT license status, total users, peak users and net change over selected time period
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, click Reports.
     
  3. Use the Site drop-down menu to select the Site.
     
  4. Use the Report drop-down menu to select SAT: Usage Report, it is at the bottom of the list.
     
  5. Use the Period drop-down menu to select the time period.
     
  6. Click Submit to display the report.
Notes: 
  • It is not currently possible to export data from this report.
  • This report goes back 90 days.
