How do I request a copy of my keycode?

Request A Copy of Your Keycode

This process requires a registered email. If you have not registered your keycode, view these instructions on locating your keycode.

Go to https://www.webroot.com/us/en/redownloads.
Enter your last name and email address. Use the same email address and last name that you used to register your software.
Place a checkmark in the box next to I need Webroot to email me my product keycode & complete installation instructions.
Click Download Now. You will receive an email containing your keycode and instructions for downloading your software.

Note: If your Webroot program came from Best Buy, such as with the purchase of a new computer, you will need to contact Best Buy at 1-888-237-8289. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.
