There are a variety of reports available for Webroot Security Awareness Training (SAT), most of which can be exported. Below is a list with descriptions, click the name of the report to see creation instructions.
Contains information on breaches for domains that have been verified by a domain admin account. This report is useful to show breaches for a specific domain to help demonstrate why security awareness training is important and how impactful a breach can be.
The amount and type of information will vary based on the breach, but generally includes:
- Date of the breach
- Breach description
- Information about the comprised data

Available for any campaigns that are in progress or completed, this report provides comprehensive information for all aspects of a campaign.
The campaign summary report displays:
- Campaign Name, Type, Launch/End dates, Number of enrolled users
- Email template used
- Training Course used (if applicable)
- Infographic used (if applicable)
- Lure Page used (if applicable)
- Phishing results (email status) - shows the number of email messages with delivery status
- Summary of Training results (or Phishing results) chart
- Individual User Results table – displays the status of email messages to each address
This report is available across all sites and displays a summarized view of Phishing campaigns by site. It can be used to quickly see what users (targets) are being tricked.
For the selected time period, displays:
- Site
- Target email
- The number and names of any campaigns launched
- The date of campaign launch
- Number of Email clicks
- Number of Lure clicks
This report is available across all sites and displays a summarized view of Training campaigns by site. It can be used to quickly see how a training campaign is performing.
For the selected time period, displays:
- Site
- Target email
- The number and names of any campaigns launched
- The date of campaign launch
- Training Progress
Displays information for the all Security Awareness Training licenses for the Account.
For the selected time period, it displays:
- License key
- Site
- If the License is active
- Current Users
- Peak Users
- Net change
The Webroot My Usage console can be used to view and export comprehensive usage information for Security Awareness Training, across the entire account or for a single site.

This is an older report that can be run once a campaign completes, the Campaign Summary report may be a better option.
The Delivery Report contains the following tabs and information:
- Overview – name, description, creation/launch dates, notification options and any phishing URLs used
- Phishing Line Data – shows detailed view of user actions with filters
- Campaign Details – displays email message, lure page and any education courses or infographics included with the campaign
This is an older report available from the Delivery Report when a campaign has a training element, the SAT: Training Progress Report may be a better option.
The Training Report card displays:
- Training session name, description, module, student count and launch/end dates
- Summary counts that show the number of attempts, completes and incompletes
- Notification options
- Individual user logs that can be filtered to show actions for a single user
