Full Disk Access is required for all versions of Webroot SecureAnywhere to properly function on macOS. Business editions will also require installation of System Extension after Full Disk Access has been granted.
Click Open System Preferences. The System Preferences window will open.
The preferences window should show Full Disk Access under the Privacy & Security settings.
At the bottom of the window, click the "+" button and enter your Mac Username and Password if prompted.
A new window will appear.
Click Applications if it is not already selected.
Scroll down to select Webroot SecureAnywhere and click Open.
When the pop-up dialog appears, click Quit & Reopen.
Return to the Webroot SecureAnywhere window.
If a Done button is shown in the lower right, click that button and skip the rest of these instructions. If a Next button is shown, click that button and continue with the rest of the instructions.
Click Install System Extension.
When the System Extension Blocked dialog shows, click Open System Settings.
The settings window should show the Security section of the Privacy & Security settings and display a message explaining that System software from Webroot SecureAnywhere was blocked from loading.
To allow the system extension:
Click the Allow button.
A dialog will display asking permission to filter network content.
Click the Allow button.
When the dialog disappears, return to the Webroot SecureAnywhere window.
