You can disable 2FA for your Webroot admin account using the Webroot Management console. It is not possible for one admin account to disable or enable 2FA for another admin account.
 
To disable 2FA for your Webroot admin account
  1. Log in to the Webroot Management console.
     
  2. In the left nav bar, click Admins.
     
  3. Find your admin account, click the Kebab menu (3 stacked dots) to the right and select Edit.
     
  4. In the Login Settings box on the top right part of the screen, click Disable 2FA.
     
  5. You will be prompted to enter:
    • Email / Phone
    • Password
       
  6. Click Continue.
     
  7. You will be prompted to enter the authenticator code from your authenticator app.
     
  8. Click Continue.
     
  9. Click Disable 2FA.
Completing the process will:  
On your next login, you will be prompted to enter your email address and characters from your security code.
