How to use the Security Awareness Training console to create reports for Security Awareness Training

This article covers how to use the Security Awareness Training (SAT) console to create Webroot Security Awareness Training related reports. More information on reports and usage information available for Security Awareness Training is available here:

+Delivery Report and Training Report Card

Log in to the Webroot Management console.
In the left nav bar, select Sites List and find and click the Site you want to investigate. You can also use the box at the top of the page to search for a Site by name.
On the right side of the screen under the Subscriptions column, hover your mouse over S and click the rectangular icon with the arrow pointing to the upper right. This opens the Security Awareness Training console.
In the left nav bar, click Campaigns to display a list of all campaigns. Find the campaign to investigate and click the pie chart shaped icon to display the Delivery Report.

Tip: Hovering your mouse over the pie chart icon displays the text Campaign Stats.

Tip: You can export report data in CSV or PDF format by using the properly labeled buttons at the top of the page.

+Training Report Card

Note: The Training Report Card is only available if the campaign contains a training component.

To display the Training Report Card, first open the Delivery Report (see above for assistance).
Click the green Training Report Card button at the top of the Delivery Report. If there is no Training Report Card link, there was no training component for this campaign.

Tip: You can export report data in CSV or PDF format by using the properly labeled buttons at the top of the report page.
