Viewing keycodes and subscriptions in the Webroot Management console

You can view keycodes and subscription information in the Webroot Management console.

Webroot keycodes come in two types:

MSP - intended for organizations that manage IT services for others. MSP keycodes include:
- Parent Keycode
  - Is associated with the account
  - Should not be used for installation
- Site Keycode
  - Is created when a Site is added
  - Should be used to install the Webroot agents only for this site
Business - intended for individual businesses that manage their own IT services

Here are the types of subscriptions available:

Endpoint Protection
- Webroot SecureAnywhere® Business Endpoint Protection provides a multivector advantage over other solutions, covering threats from email, web browsing, file attachments, hyperlinks, display ads, social media apps, and connected devices like USB drives. It also identifies sophisticated, never before-seen threats that use blended strategies to deliver malicious payloads.
DNS Protection
- DNS Protection is a domain filtering service designed to provide more granular control over internet access. It extends our award-winning endpoint protection into the network to protect customers from malicious happening outside of the browser and enables category-based internet usage restrictions across the network. Configurable for the corporate, guest Wifi, roaming users, and groups.
Security Awareness Training
- Webroot® Security Awareness Training combines a Phishing Simulator with comprehensive security training and compliance courses integrated within this console and a highly automated Learning Management System. It makes deployment and execution of high quality security awareness campaigns easy, even by non-experts, and the results are less infections, support calls and time spent fixing user errors.

Log into the Webroot management console.
In the left nav bar, click Settings.
In the top menu, click Account Information.
The Parent Keycode is displayed in the middle of the screen, including the days remaining until it expires.
Click Renew / Upgrade to add more time or subscriptions to your Parent Keycode.

In the left nav bar, click Settings.
In the top menu, click Subscriptions.
The page displays the three types of subscriptions available and status for each, including the number of days remaining in the subscription.
Click Upgrade / Renew to open a new window that can be used to add or renew any subscription.
