Solution:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://account.webroot.com from your device.
     
  2. Click Get the App next to Webroot for Chromebook, or under Mobile apps, click Get the App next to Webroot Mobile Security.
     
  3. Within the pop-up window, click Download.
     
  4. Click Install.
    • You will have to sign in to your Google account for this option to be available. You can also search the Google Play Store for the app named "Webroot Mobile Security".
       
  5. After a few minutes, open the Webroot Mobile Security & Antivirus app from your device.
     
  6. Tap Agree & Launch.
     
  7. Tap Allow for Webroot to access your files on your device.
     
  8. Tap Activate, enter your Webroot SecureAnywhere keycode, and click OK.
