Solution:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://account.webroot.com from your iOS device.
  2. Under Webroot Mobile Security, click Get the App.
  3. Within the pop-up window, select iOS from the dropdown menu and click Download.
  4. Tap Get to download "Webroot Mobile Security."
  5. Open the Webroot Mobile Security app on your iOS device.
  6. Tap Agree to the terms of service.
  7. Tap Allow when prompted to receive notifications.
