Solution:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://account.webroot.com.
     
  2. Click Personal Information.
     
  3. Within the Email Address section, click Update.

     
  4. Enter the desired email address and your current password, and click Save.

You will receive a confirmation that you successfully updated your user information.
