Solution:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://account.webroot.com.
     
  2. Click Personal Information.
     
  3. Within the Email Address section, click Update.

     
  4. Within the Email Address section, click Update.

     
  5. Check your email inbox for the verification email. Once you have verified your new email address, the email address on your account is fully updated.
