A new or existing subscription key (Keycode) can be entered into Webroot SecureAnywhere.

• Entering a new keycode reactivates an expired Webroot.

Activate a New Keycode

You can also use these instructions to change an existing keycode.

If you have Webroot installed with a previous subscription and purchased a new keycode, please follow the steps below to activate a new keycode.

1. Open the Webroot program.
   
   
    
2. Click the gear icon next to My Account or the Update Keycode button.
   
   
    
3. Enter the new keycode in the Activate a New Keycode cell and click Activate.
   
   
    
4. Click OK.
   
   
    
5. If a scan starts automatically, allow the scan to complete. The new keycode is shown under the My Account section of the User Interface.
