Solution:

Windows

Webroot can be listed in various locations on Windows when installed.
 
Note: The following applies to SecureAnywhere, Total Protection, PC Optimizer, and Secure VPN.
  1. System tray icon

     
    Note: The hidden icon option is next to the time and date, network status, and notifications in the taskbar.
     
  2. Taskbar icon

     
  3. Desktop icon

     
  4. Task Manager

     
    Note: The above Webroot processes are listed under "Background Processes", and the best method of confirming Webroot is installed. 

Apple

Webroot can be listed in various locations on Mac when installed.
 
Note: The following applies to SecureAnywhere, Total Protection, and Secure VPN.
  1. System tray icon

  3. Activity Monitor
 
Note: To properly view the Webroot processes in Apple's Activity Monitor. Open Activity Monitor > click on View > All Processes.

Android and iOS

If the following icon is present on your mobile device, Webroot Mobile Security is installed.


 
Note: Webroot Mobile Security can be installed on Android or iOS but may not be activated. If not activated, you will be guided to log in to your online account to activate the application.
